Begins with....

Who???

---> Five Form 6 students from SMSA ,KB, Brunei, Dominique, Joanne , Amelia, Jesmine n me...

How???

---> We discovered that all the students are buying food using Styrofoam boxes, and hundreds of Styrofoam boxes are thrown away each school days, so we decided to form this group.

Why???

---> because not much people are concerned & aware about the pollution human beings have created.. leaving our earth sick!

Our group rules n missions

1. NO Styrofoam boxes, each of us are encouraged to bring our own lunch boxes ( empty ones if we're buying in the canteen)

2. Bring our own chopsticks or fork .. save the trees!!

3. Bring our own tumblers for drinks ( still not achieved)

For those who are not able to follow the rules above.. it doesn't matter =) Just-

----> Love our Earth more!!


With 11 members currently ,ranging from the school to Perth ( *proud* XD ) , where there are 5 active members ( the founders - because they're the ones who buy food from the canteen almost all of the time ) ,....... here's the calculation



1 Styrofoam box per school day x 5 days a week x 4 weeks a month x about 8 months of class x 5 active members.....= 800...... SEE???? with only 5, about 800 Styrofoam boxes , 800 pairs of chopsticks will be saved = less pollution!!


if i'm adding in others..wow...nearly 1500 Styrofoam boxes and chopsticks a yr n we'll be there for two yrs, so double that amount !!

Other than our missions , we promise to care for the environment more... recycle, reduce, reuse ..recover ! !

Unity is strength, a person's ability is limited but when joined, there'll be a great difference

so let us unite together n save the earth =)
